Green Wing Macaw - 14 Years Old

JoJo is a 14 year old handreared green wing macaw. We've had him since he was a few months old. Unfortunately as a growing family we no longer have the time for him, this has started to show as he is plucking his chest feathers. He's friendly (wary of new people at first but very affectionate once trust has been established), he talks, he has a huge cage but only ever goes into it for food and water.
