Hendrix the Budgie needing new home

I'm needing to find a home for this little budgie. He was recently given to me by a family member who didn't have time to rehome him before they moved so he was given to me to find him a new home. I would prefer if he went to someone who knows what they're doing as he seems to be quite temperamental. Probably would be better to have him with another budgie. Free to a good home *****er must collect him. He will come with his cage, food and sandpaper.
