Mixed male kitten

4 month old male kitten (Sloth) is a very timid kitten. Once he’s comfortable and out of his shell he is such a sweet, vocal and loving kitten. He’s quite unsure about children but has d with his litter mates and mum cat. He has not been exposed to any other animals. He is an indoor cat, he eats dry food (AVA/IAMS). He has not visited the vet so he is unvaccinated and not neutered. He has a small lump on his belly which I believe is an umbilical hernia and is soft which is not a concern (advice from vets) the lump doesn’t bother him. He is litter trained. He does not like being on his own whether it be with his owner or another cat, he needs company.
