Meet our special girl Indi!!

Born blind, Indi experiences the world in her own unique and beautiful way. While she may not see with her eyes, she sees with her heart. Once you meet her you will fall in love instantly just like we all have here at the shelter.

This gentle sweetheart absolutely loves being close to her people. She rests her head gently on your hand or leg, seeking comfort and connection, and would happily try to curl up in your lap if she could.

Indi is cautious on walks, taking her time to avoid bumping into things, but she has a great sense of smell and sharp hearing that help her navigate the world.

Indi may be suited to a home with another well-matched, calm dog who is not in her face all the time and can be her guiding eyes. Indi is suited to secondary aged children who can respect her boundaries and that she is a nervous girl.

She moves at her own pace and if you're patient you'll find it's the perfect pace to truly appreciate life together.
