Border Collie 3yrs male 'friendly family'

Here is miles ly 3yr old boy.
Very energetic, loves cuddles and play time.
He's partial to licking feet, weird fella.
Born 4.12.21 he's been chipped and is registered.
Raised in a house full of children between 5 and 15.
He's very good with cats and often shares his bed with them.
His recall isn't the best but he does listen to other commands and responds.
His worst habbit and definitely needs work on he doesn't like anyone near him while eating or food near him.
He can open doors but generally he chills and leaves the doors alone.
