Female lurcher needs loving home

I need to rehome my female lurcher Winnie.
She has just turned 1 years old about now.
Good points:
She is an absolute lovely, friendly, slightly mad and silly lovable girl.
She is house/crate trained (crate was for toilet training help to start but have kept it for when we are out the house due to our other dog and their play fighting they trash the living room jumping everywhere)
She has quite good recall - not been tested in the sense her spotting a person or another dog before i do and call her back first. Treat orientated too which is helpful!
Grown up with kids, from young 1yr old to 10years.
She is very patient for a pup.
She is good with other dogs - read below though.

Medium points:
She is clumsy. I dont recommend she goes off lead unless a field as she tears about, falls over and can hurt herself with cuts/torn pads. (These do heal with no intervention but then on lead til healed)
Currently we have found harrington dry dog food works good for her, and fairly high meat content wet food butchers or similar. Many others give her the runs. She needs to be kept away from eating what is dropped for the same reasons.
She makes a mess drinking water and eating!

Bad points:
SHE CANNOT GO WITH CATS - part of the reason for rehoming. Despite living with a cat all her life she is getting worse as she goes on. Caged animals isnt so fussed on as learnt she cant get at them anyway.
I dont recommend another dog smaller than a whippet either for the same reasons. Whippet size is pushing it just due to her playfulness and she weighs alot.

Home checks will apply, i would prefer she went more locally or would like regular updates on her as well.
If anything doesnt work out i would rather she came back than be passed around.
