french bulldog looking for his forever home
Price: 375.00 GBPfrench bulldog looking for his forever home
Hi everyone!
Meet Charlie. Charlie is a Male French bulldog who has recently come to our home after we adopted him as we believed we would be able to give him the home he deserves with the two of us and our other established female French bulldog.
Charlie is neutered and just has slight bruising left. Charlie is a lovely caring dog who has a lot of energy and just wants love. The reason for rehoming is because him and our established French bulldog do not get on at all and it is making our established frenchie very feel very unwanted and put out by him. Charlie has also become a bit possessive over my wife to the point where if I try to move him away, he growls at me.
Charlie is not a bad dog by any means and he is actually very loving, but we feel like he needs a lot more time and support and to be in maybe an only dog household or a household where the established dog is able to correct him more than ours. Charlie is very trainable with treats and can do a number of commands with ease so he is not dull.
With my shift patterns and my wife’s disabilities and the way he is towards our other dog and myself, we do not feel like we are the best home for him and we want him to go somewhere he will be loved and where someone can give him all the time and love he deserves. We were aware he needed some training and discipline, as he is essentially a 2 year old puppy, but it has come to light that he needs more intense training and behavioural support than we can provide for him. As we are also coming to realise is that i also seem to be allergic to Charlie and it may be the type of coat he has.
Charlie is on grain ***** food and no chicken just due to potential allergies. He does walk well on a lead however he does pull. If you tell him to wait then he will and will stop walking briefly until you move again.
Any other questions then feel ***** to ask. We need to do what is best for him and unfortunately, that is not with ourselves.
The £375 is to cover what we paid for him. We only paid for him to cover the cost of his vet checks and microchipping from the previous owner.
We would love to keep him but we feel it is best for him if he goes to a home that is able to train him and give him all the love and support he needs.
