LEON – 22 months old, Male, Large Labrador Mix, TV Star in Cyprus!

Leon is a beautiful, large boy with a bit of Labrador in him. He weighs around 34 kg.

He is super friendly and is very happy to at last be living in a home. Leon was a TV star in Cyprus helping to share the plight of abandoned dogs in Cyprus. He behaved fabulously in the TV studios.

Leon is settling quickly into his foster home and happy to sleep downstairs on his own through the night. He is happy to play with his toys in the garden and likes to play with the resident dogs in his foster home. They are very much smaller than him and he treats them gently in play. He walks well on his lead and enjoys being out on walks.

Leon would do well sharing his home with another playful dog or equally with people who are looking for a large, playful companion.

In view of his size and bounce we would prefer an adult only home. Leon will need to continue his basic training as any new dog joining your family, but he is already showing signs of potential with a little more training and support to be a fabulous companion.

He also met cats at the TV studios and would possibly be happy to share his new home with a cat providing they were dog friendly and carefully introduced.

He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Minimum adoption donation of £250 applies.

ADOPTION IS SUBJECT TO A SATISFACTORY APPLICATION AND HOME CHECK.

Post adoption support is available from our rescue. Our rescue must be informed at any time of a change in circumstances and our dog returned to one of our volunteers where required and when space is available. Leon must never be handed over to any UK Rescue or sold or adopted on without our knowledge. We will always endeavour to rehome our dogs when necessary.
