Lovely dog looking for a home

Hi. This is Chino, a 6,5 year old male, looking for a forever home. He is an american mastiff mix, neutered, chipped, vaccinated, in good health and full of doggy love and energy.
He is with us as a temporary home, registered with me, but sadly we can't keep him.
Our place is too small, there were 3 people in the last 2 months who offered to take him, but all of their circumstances have changed, the many rescues I tried are full, our landlord now found out and asked us to urgently find him a new home.

He is exceptionally good with kids as we have a 15 month old and a 10 year old, he is very good on walks, travels well, even in our small space he is doing well, he would just be so much happier with someone who has a garden.
He is protective, doesn't bark excessively, s with a cat at present with no issues, doesn't react to dogs while on walks, is very playful, and still has so much life left.

We are in Chelmsford, Essex
We will follow the proper rescue process and make sure he is safe of course.
