This Handsome boy is Pongo, He is needing an experienced home who can work on his nervousness around people, he can take a long time to decompress in a home environment and will need to take things at his own pace. He is very food motivated and favourite treats are chicken, cheese, sausage, goose, tuna, peanut butter and Banana. He will do anything for a treat and can usually be won over by visitors! ! He is very playful and loves to play fetch or tug of war with his people, he can have sudden bursts of energy and do zoomies all over the house. He can be nervous around loud noises, strangers and the dark. He needs someone to work on building his confidence in these areas.

Pongo needs an adult only and Pet ***** home

Fostering a rescue dog is not something to take on lightly, they need full commitment and a lot of work and patience to allow them to blossom. There may be many challenges to overcome so please ensure full dedication before applying.

Pongo is toilet trained and sleeps well over night in his crate. Pongo is crate trained. Pongo can wear collar , harness and lead, he prefers walks in quieter places as he can be reactive to people, dogs and cats. He is also strong on the lead. Pongo has previously been left for approx 4 hours.
