New home for fluffy little lady

Hi, it's with much pain that I need to find a loving home for my girly pom.. My little lady just turned 4 and she's an absolutely lovely dog, extremely loving and attentive with oodles of personality. She has been well looked after (slightly spoilt actually) but I'm going to be moving to another country and bringing her, with the travel that will follow, will be a lot more unsettling than beneficial. Especially since I'll be moving to a country that is extremely hot, which I think would be quite overwhelming for her breed.
It would be great if she was to be in a family home, or perhaps a couple where she can get attention and lots of hugs. Wherever she is welcomed she will definitely bring lots of Love and warmth but it needs to be a home filled with the same as she is used to one-to-one attention. Probably best if she's an only pet or a companion for another small/medium dog.
