Hello my friends, my name is Miss Mable and I've ever so happy to make your acquaintance.

I came into the shelter as a stray and the lovely staff here were unable to locate my owner so now they are hoping that they might be able to help me find a family who will love me forever.

I'm a friendly girl and love meeting new people but my exuberance for life means that I am very strong on lead so will need to go home with a balance harness to help make walkies a little easier for everyone.

The team here think I'd be suited to a home with older kids or maybe even another dog but that is pending a meet and greet to make sure we all get along of course. I can get a bit overexcited and bark at the dogs I meet so I do know that not everyone will want to be my best friend. Apparently it's rude to bark in their faces but that one is a social skill I'm still working on.

I'd love a home where I can be part of the family, I've heard some people even let their dogs INSIDE....on THE BED..... My goodness, have you ever heard of such things! How I'd love to in one of those kind of homes, maybe if I'm a really good girl I might even be allowed inside too!
