Varanus glauerti babies available.

Seemingly no babies produced for around 2 years, before these ones, so a rare opportunity to get young animals.

Due to this and their striking colours and patterns, they are one of the most desirable species of dwarf monitors, with care essentially the same as for ackies monitors, albeit they would be better kept in a bit of a bigger vivarium than ackies usually are, but still very reasonably sized compared to most monitors!

This species has potential to get just as tame as ackies tend to do - the mother to these babies is silly tame and likes to curl up in my t-shirt. As you can see from one of the pictures, some of these babies are bold and willing to let me touch them without freaking out, so bodes well for trust building efforts by the new owner.

Other pictures show the father's fresh paint showing through, part way through shedding, to display adult colour/pattern. Other pictures shows adult male and female together, when they are a little dusty from substrate, so not quite showing their best, but reflective of how adults are likely to look most of the time.

They will be ready to leave me by mid August and only 3 are available - it's not possible to sex then accurately at this age, so they are sold as unsexed - pop me a message if you would like to discuss securing them.
