Mixed breed girl

It is with a very heavy heart I need to find a new home for my girl. Patch is a mixed breed dog I’m not sure on her breed. She has numerous behavioural issues and has attacked out elderly family dog numerous times. She is amazing with my 3 children but on walks is very reactive towards humans, other dogs, anything that moves basically. We’ve tried medication from the vets, we have had her spayed etc all of the advice from the vets. But her quality of life isn’t as good as it can be as she get shut away a lot due to the fear of her attacking again. She’s very sweet natured with myself and my children but I cannot take that risk especially as 2 of my children are special needs and my youngest child is 2 years old. She would need to go to a home with no other pets and has a big outdoor space (which we don’t have) as she also has lots of energy and a new owner with a lot of patience and time.
