Riko Star - 10 months cockapoo

Hello everyone,

We have a lovely dog named Riko but the situation for him at the moment is far from ideal.
Riko rotated to 3 different homes before arriving at our house due to some people that are not aware of all the attention a puppy needs, one of them a friend's boss. Knowing all that Riko had been through in less than 3 months she decided to give him a temporary home and take care of him regardless of a condition in our tenancy agreement that states pets are not allowed.

We are 4 in the tenancy agreement and unfortunately, one of us has decided that she can’t handle seeing the pet anymore at home, even though between the 3 of us we have been taking complete responsibility for him since the beginning and she decided to reach out to the agency claiming a breach in their contract.

As a result, the agency sent yesterday an email requesting to remove the dog from the property from this weekend onwards. We have already claimed at least a couple of weeks because we are aware those processes can't be rushed but the girl seems to don't have a minimum understanding of the pet's feelings.

There is nothing wrong with this lovely boy, he is a cute cockapoo with 10 months who have had the bad luck to meet not the best of human beings in his short life :(

He is very playful, sometimes a bit nervous but gets along with people pretty easy, loves to give kisses, at the park he interacts very well with other dogs and children approach to him without difficulties.
