Are you looking for a beautiful, trained, and active dog to join your family? Meet Russell, a 4-year-old Chinese Red Dog x Dutch Shepherd who needs a new home due to his owner's medical condition. Russell is absolutely stunning with his striking red coat and loving personality.

Russell loves to play fetch and is capable of carrying up to seven sticks at once. He is also an excellent swimmer and enjoys being around small children. He is a big cuddler and loves snuggling up with his owner's 2 & 4 year old children.

Russell is a large and strong dog who will need someone who can keep him on a leash and provide him with plenty of exercise. He can get very excited when he sees the park, so it's important to be able to keep him to heel. However, he is also well-trained, his recall is excellent and he is able to walk by your side exceptionally well, even crossing the road off the lead.

To keep Russell healthy, he has been fed on specialised, giant breed dog food from birth to prevent any joint issues later in life. He is not neutered and has dew claws on his back legs, which do not cause him any pain but can be removed with a simple operation if required.

When you take Russell for a walk, you'll need to allow extra time because people will stop you to tell you how beautiful he is and ask about his breed. Russell is a real head-turner!
